ADDITIONAL ENERGY SAVING INCENTIVES

Depending on your income level and the number of units you own, you may be eligible for additional incentives after your no-cost home energy assessment.
Are you a Landlord?
If you own a building with 1-4 units, you may be able to get more than 75% off of insulation that is recommended during your no-cost home energy assessment: 
  • 2-4 unit buildings: 90% off* recommended insulation improvements for each unit, if all eligible units in a 2–4 unit building participate (or 75% off per unit if only some participate)
  • 1 unit buildings: 90% off* recommended insulation improvements for renter-occupied single family detached homes (or 75% off for owner-occupied units)

If your household income is below the Income Eligible Program level, you may qualify for no-cost insulation upgrades and additional energy-saving benefits through your local Community Action Program (CAP).
