Christina Lau, Program Implementation Coordinator
Christina moved to Boston from upstate New York in 2018 to attend Northeastern University, where she earned both her B.S. in Environmental Science and her M.S. in Environmental Science & Policy. During her time at Northeastern, she completed co-ops in various fields-conservation policy, food science, and penguin husbandry-and developed a passion for environmental justice.
Inspired by All In Energy’s equity-centered approach to the climate crisis, she joined the Program Implementation team in 2025 excited to make an impact in the communities around her. In her role she supports the design, improvement, and day-to-day coordination of All In Energy’s internal, customer-facing, and community-facing systems that help connect residents to our programs.
Outside of work, you can find Christina enjoying the outdoors on a bike, walk, hike, or swim, tending to her many plants (indoor and outdoor), making food for the people she loves, creating and enjoying music and musical theatre, and line dancing the night away.
